Potholes and worn out road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4506056.

I see some of these have been reported but nothing seems to be done about them this area from Scunthorpe m181 junction westbound all the way to side road number 9.7 I use this every day and find them frustrating and is going to cause accidents trying to avoid and damage my car and others. Main problem is inside and middle lane, inside worse but expanding to all lanes it’s a mess and dangerous been like it far too long now.
