Large amount of potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4502934.

These potholes have had substandard repairs in previous months and have deteriorated again to the point that the outside lane is dangerous and will cause vehicles to swerve or cause damage. They need to be fixed properly and not patched.
