S81 defective apparatus - access chamber

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4500575.

The recently repaired access chamber on the east bound c/way just after the bridge has failed yet again. Please get this repaired ASAP as it damages alloys due to the sudden drop between the road surface and the chamber.
