Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4498252.

All streetlights on both sides of the road not working right up to the pedestrian crossing. This is very dangerous as in the dark all you can see is the glare of the traffic lights which obscures your view from making out if someone is about to cross.
