Huge graffiti tag in white writing 'H124 or HI24'

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4496503.

There is a huge graffiti tag on the brown fencing after JUNCTION 8, M25 WESTBOUND written H124 or HI24. From checking WHAT3WORDS, the tag should be near ///TILE.OLDER.HURT. This is not the exact location. Noticed today 28/04/2023 at 1000 hrs whilst driving EASTBOUND before exiting JUNCTION 8.
