Fly-tipping

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4495289.

Fly-tipping of, what looks like, asbestos roofing. Since first noticing this, more fly-tipping (wood) has been added. Looks like the asbestos has been there for a long time.
