Middle lane 400mm pothole in the lane of travel, in-line with a streetlight

Pothole has been here for approximately 2 weeks. Located in the middle lane. Approximately 400mm long, 200mm wide and 150mm deep. In-line with the the streetlight. Located southbound, before Hatfield Tunnel. Approximately 3 or 4 streetlights before the tunnel. Another pothole is located 1 streetlight down from the pothole being reported now, in the middle lane.
