Lights out of sync

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4493838.

Lights appear to be out of sync. Tonight it took 6 minutes to move from A14 Eastbound offslip to A12 Southbound. Longs delays also on A14 Northbound offlslip. Drove through junction at 1650 on 27/04/2023.
