Numerous, wide, long, deep potholes that cover the entire width of the official road.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4491070.

Potholes. Numerous. Wide, long and deep. Impossible to avoid without driving in hashed sections of the road. This is the slip road leading to A38 north out of Burton, as you swing round the bend, before a junction to somewhere else ( Stretton?). I believe this is the A5121. I don’t drive this way often, myself, but my normal route is closed, however I understand from those who drive this way regularly that this has been an issue for over a year.
