Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4490787.

The cats eyes are almost entirely absent and there is no lighting either. It's a few years since I drove this section at night and it seems that no maintenance has taken place over that time. I used to think it was a scary stretch then but now it's really unsafe.
