A2070 border force site traffic lights change when not needed
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4490279.
The traffic lights are constantly turning red despite no lorries waiting to leave the inland border force site. Often the lights are green until a lorry arrives at the exit to then turn red. You have previously stated in another problem report these lights are not to do with highways but have not said who deals with them so they can be pressed on this matter
