Southbound A435 lane selection at island

Hello. The road markings are not clear approaching the island meaning 3 lanes approaching the island all could be going straight on into two lanes. I have seen it several times where there is a potential accident. The left lane should go to Stratford upon Avon only. The arrow is barely visible. The middle lane should be for straight on only. The right lane for straight on/right or all the way round. If someone is going straight on in the left lane, this pushes middle traffic over into the right hand lane and the right hand lane cannot go anywhere. Before there is a serious incident. The road markings and a sign should be put up. There is also white hatched lines on the island that don’t make any sense either. Please attend and review the issue for immediate action. Thank you!
