Southbound Junction 34 on M6 at 17.10 was causing dangerous lengthy queue

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4488939.

Heading southbound you approach this junction from a bend. Unsighted the inside lane was full of stationary traffic trying to leave the motorway. It was extremely dangerous. The whole slip road was stationary. There did not appear to be an accident. Traffic on the M6 should have been signed to move to other lanes before the bend. I’m amazed there wasn’t an accident
