Appalling road surface and potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4481142.

On approach to Beddingham roundabout, and on the roundabout itself the road is degrading by the day!! Plenty of potholes and broken up tarmac made worse by the numerous HGV vehicles going down to Newhaven. The state of it is outrages for a principal A road, and is becoming dangerous and damaging to vehicles.

  • Thank you for your report concerning road surface condition at Beddingham Roundabout.

    We’re aware of this and are currently finalising resurfacing works with an anticipated construction date from 16 May, subject to local authority approval for the required diversion route.
