Poor road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4465089.

Between marker B55.2 and B55.7 M11 South Bound the road surface is terrible. You have managed to resurface the majority of the North and South Bound carriageway in this area recently but left the worst part unrepaired

  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about the road surface on the M11 at Junction 9 J slip. I appreciate you taking the time to report this. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team who will promptly investigate your report. Road surface imperfections can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect. Kind regards
