Red lamp fault still reporting

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4464287.

This roundabout is reporting a red lamp fault to UTC still. The site is constantly reporting red lamp faults, so in addition to fixing the lamps, please can you investigate why this junction constantly has so many lamp faults?

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways concerning red lamps.

    Our Technology Service Delivery Manager advises that Bath & North East Somerset Council may have an issue with the reporting on their UTC system.

    We're not showing any RED lamp fails on the controller at site but do have other lamp faults we're investigating and repairing.

    We're not showing any repeated lamp faults on the same pole as the one that keeps getting reported so must be an issue at the BANES end.
