No advance diversion warning

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4462298.

Used this road last night. When arriving at A38 junction southbound diverted off all the way back to junction with A50 to follow diversion. This is a massive unnecessary diversion if the road closure had been advised on the gantry when approaching the A50 junction from the Derby direction. Diversion must be 20 plus miles by the time you reach the southbound closure.
