Some traffic lights aren't working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4457052.

Some of the traffic lights aren't working, seemingly the ones directing traffic on the roundabout, but at least some leading into the roundabout are working. This is probably quite dangerous as some people will treat this as a normal roundabout, whereas other will treat it like a traffic lighted one.
