Fence broken on southbound carriageway. 100m prior to the SOS 1714A sign.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4456175.

Wood fence broken. A temporary plastic mesh fence is in place. HOWEVER it is now falling apart due to the length of time it has been there. Delaminating is taking place, prices are dropping off and it is a RISK to CATTLE in the field.
