Potholes in lane 1/slip road when joining motorway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4449233.

These potholes were reported ages ago, anyone joining the motorway here are faced with about 10 feet of potholes that they cannot avoid without swerving all over the place. They are on the edge of Lane 1 and the slip road.
