Traffic signals out of sync poss. detector fault

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 08:41, Mon 17 April 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4448710.

Traffic signals at junction of M3 southbound offslip causing severe congestion on A335 Leigh Rd due to detector fault on Manor Way causing Manor Way to be served even when no demand present. This has been reported several times to National Highways and Hampshire County Council but has not been repaired. This has been ongoing for years and still not fixed. PLEASE can an engineer look into this and install above ground detection on Manor Way if slot cutting not possible (it should be Manor Way serves a trade park which has little activity after 8pm). This has also been passed to local Councillor due to length of ongoing issue.
