Road surface potholes and loose clippings causing hazard

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4448538.

Several pothole and surface course determination on entry slip causing unsafe surface which would result in vehicles skidding around bend into A46. Needs repairing urgently
