Persistent red lamp fault

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4448439.

This roundabout is reporting a red lamp fault to UTC again. The site is constantly reporting red lamp faults, so in addition to fixing the lamps, please can you investigate why this junction constantly has so many lamp faults?

    It seems you may have an issue with the reporting on your UTC system.

    We're not showing any RED lamp fails on the controller at site but do have other lamp faults we're investigating and repairing.
