Defective road surface M20 coast bound at junction 8

Reported via mobile in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 22:53, Sat 15 April 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4444542.

Exact location: M20 coast bound on approach to off slip at junction 8 between the 200 and 100 metre countdown markers. (Where the concrete protection is in place for railway over bridge) Lane two about 6 inches from lane marking with lane one The road surface appears to have a previous repair but the surface has lifted to produce a lump in the tarmac maybe 2 inches high We hit this lump when changing from lane two into lane one I thought we had actually hit a piece of debris I did report this 4 weeks ago (web) but it hasn’t been fixed I do have a picture of the location from our dash cam
