Road surface broken with many potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4438084.

Just like the rest of this junction, the road surface is in poor condition with many potholes. For some reason these are being neglected, the condition has been bad for over a year and the deterioration appears to be accelerating. Why is nothing being done to remedy?
