Severe dangerous flooding on M66 northbound at junction 2 - opposite Bury exit slip road

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 00:53, Fri 14 April 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4437243.

The drains in the central reservation need thoroughly unblocking to stop the dangerous flooding onto the northbound overtaking lane. There are also issues around flooding between junctions 2 and 3 northbound, again caused by poor maintenance to drains.
