High winds blown over safety fencing in layby.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4434009.

The layby nearest Woodhead Reservoir towards Sheffield has safety fencing blown over into the layby. This layby is heavily used by commercial vehicles and could cause a safety issue if its not removed or placed upright. The fencing is continuous so unless the individual straps are removed it needs a few people to lift it.
