M53 junction 6 towards Moreton

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4431771.

There is litter all the along this route at the side of the motorway as you leave Ellesmere Port and head towards Junction 2 towards Moreton/Upton. It looks dreadful.

  • Thank you for your report concerning litter on the northbound M53. We've recently inspected our network to identify litter build ups. We expect locations identified as being below the standards required in the Code of Practice will be cleared by the end of April 2023. However, we'll inspect the M53 to ensure a litter pick is scheduled if required.
