Sign broken

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4430469.

The sign indicating one way on central reservation opposite Beech Lane is laying on the ground looks like the pole has rusted through and a gust of wind has blown it over. It is not obstructing the carriageway but is a potential hazard.

Updates

  • Thank you for your report concerning a fallen sign on the A31.

    Our Road Inspector has visited the site and made sure the damaged sign isn't posing a risk to the road. We've arranged for the sign to be replaced, and this should happen within the next 6 months.
