Traffic light not working for over a week.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4426498.

Secondary traffic light for the slip road off the M4 is not working correctly. The amber and the green are not showing when lights change. This is a hazard to drivers who are not realising that the lights have changed. Risk of rear collision.
