No need for traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4425209.

Roundabout working well before work began. Now causing huge traffic jams no need for lights or three separate lanes in front of River Wyre pub. Drastic new thinking required. It's a mess.
