Long, deep (4 inches plus) hole Eastbound, end of dual carriageway where two road surfaces are poorly joined

This lengthy hole is directly in the path of where vehicles are merging back into one lane. It is particularly dangerous for motorcyclists because the hole is exactly along the line that they will take - if a motorcyclist hits this it will destabilise the bike and cause death of serious injury. It has been present for months and has got significantly worse and should be fixed ASAP now biking season is here.
