Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4419226.

Large number of brightly coloured graffiti tags on edge of motorway fencing. This has been present for months. This is a distraction for drivers on this busy motorway and shouldbe painted over. Lack of action has encouraged more graffiti
