Pot hole on entry slip road on bend

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4418611.

When you enter the slip road to go on the the M4 junctions 4A E/B there is a pot hole on the final bend of the entry slip road. Its been there for nearly 2 weeks.
