SEVERE pothole causing punctures/damage to vehicles between Lane 1 and 2 on M11!

Pothole has been getting worse for over 6 months as it can be seen visibly on Google Maps. As we hit it in the dark my rough estimate is that it is at least 12” in size if not larger.

Hit it at 70mph whilst switching from Lane 2 to Lane 1 travelling southbound and had an immediate tyre failure. Lucky to maintain control of the vehicle and not have a serious incident!

Whilst we were on the hard shoulder two other vehicles pulled up with punctures, this is asking for a severe incident to happen.

This pothole is causing imminent threat to the public on a stretch of the M11 that regularly has accidents. Please investigate this situation urgently!
