Traffic light not working in sequence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4403213.

Traffic light in front of stop line on roundabout heading from portway (what 3 words location ///reclining.salaried.hills) is showing light sequences out of sync with the lights on the stop line. it cycles red - red & amber, then after a few seconds back to red. causing people to jump the lights by accident
