Abandoned road sign frame

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4401995.

Abandoned road sign frame left it by the cycle/pedestrian sign on the A46 Kirby Muxloe interchange since mid-Feb. I have a photo if you need it. Leicestershire CC say this National Highways land & not their responsibility & have referred me to your website.
