Updates

  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about the overgrown vegetation on the M11 south of junction 8. I appreciate you taking the time to report this. We carry out regular inspections of our roads and cut back trees and vegetation where we find that it’s limiting visibility of road signs, traffic signals, at junctions or the view ahead. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team. They will inspect the area and if necessary, arrange for vegetation to be cut. Thank you again for contacting us. If you need more information about this, please feel free to contact me. For anything else, please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0300 123 5000 or by email at info@nationalhighways.co.uk.
