12inch pothole

The road is braking up around a culvert cover. The substructure of the road is visible. This is in the Centre of the road and a hazard, especially to motor cycles. There is also a noise issue, when traffic, especially large lorries travel over it. This has been getting worst over the past 4 weeks.
