Junction 10 M23 Copthorne turn off

Reported via desktop in the Litter (NH) category anonymously at 21:11, Sun 2 April 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4390438.

This junction is full of litter. It is an eyesore. The litter is old and been there for a long time. The litter is all around this junction going right around the around the junction. It has got so bad that it is being discussed regularly on local social media, with groups volunteering to clear the mess, which would be incredibly dangerous for public to take part in.
