Updates

  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about the potholes on the M11. I can confirm that we’re currently in a program of resurfacing the M11. This is primarily focused on northbound junction 6 to 7 and junction 8 to 9 and southbound junction 9 to 7. The scheme details may be found here: https://nationalhighways.co.uk/ our-roads/ east/ m11-junction-7-to-junction-10-maintenance-works/

Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. Outside of large maintenance projects, we carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect.

    Kind regards
