Signal error - speed safty issue

Reported via mobile in the Sign issue (NH) category by Darren Grief at 14:32, Sat 1 April 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4385779.

Overhead electronic signals. The signal south bound possibly just after junction 5 was indicating the national speed limit at approximately 10am when passing today 1st April 2023.

Every car on the road increased speed form 50mph at that point.

A short distance on a single 50mph sign was observed on the left of the hard shoulder. Most of the drivers unsure what the restrictions should be T this point.

Further down the road all other signs indicate 50mph. I think any speeding offences if any would be an injustice.

Google maps at that time was also asking if the mobile safty vehicle was still in that same location.

Looked very suspicious and wrong if anyone is penalised for the overhead signal error
