We have raised this with our inspectors to be investigated at the first possible opportunity.
Our inspector will review this to determine whether remedial work is required to make the area safe for travelling public.
Although we always try to respond to these reports in the quickest time possible, we would ask that anything of a safety critical nature be raised with our Customer Contact Centre directly. They are available 24 hours a day, on 0300 123 5000. This will ensure we process any such report as soon as it is received.
