Litter everywhere

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4381121.

The M23 stretch Jct 7, Jct 10 to Jct11, Jct10a slip road are full of litter. It is disgusting, It has never been so bad. With the strong wind it becomes dangerous to avoid litter on the road! Please act soon and make Britain a clean country again!
