Rubbish and old signs still not cleared up

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4379398.

I reported the problem of old signs, rubbish, broken cones etc on the 2nd of March and you reported a litter clearance session had been planned but still it looks a disgrace. Please can you advise when you plan to do this please?
