Traffic lights only green for 6 seconds

Please fix this. It is crazy that after so many reports this is still not working. This is causing huge traffic delays where there were never delays before even early in the morning when previously there were never huge tailbacks. This happened when the roads was resurfaced and they have been out of sync ever since. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS IT IS MAKING PEOPLES LIVES MISERABLE HAVING TO GO THROUGH THIS JUNCTION EVERY DAY!!!!
