Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4373582.

Litter and flytipping at M3, Jct 13- slip roads to Leigh Road, Chandler’s Ford, and Eastleigh. There is litter, flytipping, cones, steelwork (buried in undergrowth), street signs strewn adjacent and all along the M3 motorway. An appalling reflection on the state of our area!

  • Thank you for your report concerning litter and fly tipping on the M3 at Junction 13.

    We've arranged for a team to go and pick up what is safe to collect, and will remove the rest when the road is closed and safe. Our next closure is currently booked for April 21.
