Litter flytipping graphiti

The junction (M3, Junction 13 Leigh Road, Chandler’s Ford and Eastleigh) has become a distopic eyesore with litter, flytipping, graphiti and no street cleaning. Leaf mulch blocks drainage gullies. The less you, EBC and Hampshire Highways clean and care for the area, the more that it is abused and made disgusting and unsightly for local walkers.
