Numerous potholes along a120 from B1256 to A131 heading east

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4370656.

There seems to be a excessive amount of potholes in left lane between A120 B1256 junction and A120 A131 junction heading in east direction towards Braintree.

I know the road is being resurfaced but this seems to be more towards A120/A131 junctions where as the majority of the potholes are closer to Dunmow.

I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team who are endeavouring to find a permanent solution for the pothole issues in this area. Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect. Kind regards National Highways
