Grid surrounds crumbling and leaving debris on the road

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 13:30, Tue 28 March 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4368507.

The tarmac and concrete around the road grid has broken up (again) and is throwing stones into the road and my driveway. This needs urgent attention. There is risk of damage to vehicles as well as loud noise throughout the day as lorries pass over it. The what3words location is ///scornful.shapeless.gown
